Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every Aoroflow order to arrive right. Here's how cancellations, refunds, and claims work.

12-hour cancellation window

Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support.

Refunds for damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo proof.

Full refund to original payment

Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of approval.

Email support@aoroflow.store with your order number and photos.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@aoroflow.store immediately with your order number in the subject line.

After the 12-hour window, your order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

When we issue refunds

We accept refund requests only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived physically damaged.
  • The item is defective or not working as described.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong color.

To qualify, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

For approved claims, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Physical return of the item is not required — photo proof is sufficient.

What is not eligible for a refund

  • Change of mind after the order has been processed.
  • Choosing the wrong color or variant at checkout.
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or other factors outside our control.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days or more after the shipping confirmation email, please contact support@aoroflow.store. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on the right resolution.

How to start a claim

Email support@aoroflow.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday.
