Shipping & Delivery Policy
Here's exactly what to expect when you order an Aoroflow — no surprises.
Where we ship
We ship to United States addresses only.
Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Estimated delivery
7–15 business days after processing — roughly 2–4 weeks from your order date.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all bundle orders. A standard shipping fee applies to single-unit orders and is shown at checkout.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours after the shipping email for tracking to begin updating with the carrier.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your tracking stops updating
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days or more after the shipping confirmation email, please contact support@aoroflow.store and our team will investigate and help resolve it.
Carrier and customs delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. We do everything we can to help resolve any issue that does come up.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
